Timed Exotics is a booking platform, not a rental company and not an insurer. Rentals arranged through the marketplace are contracts between the renter and the operator. Insurance and liability are arranged directly between those two parties; the platform facilitates the booking, collects a service fee from the operator, and enforces verification steps (coverage review and e-signed agreements) before a rental can go active. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of coverage.
