Timed Exotics provides education, operating software, and an introduction network for independent rental operators. Using the platform means you accept these terms.

You are responsible for the legality of your rental operation, including licensing, taxes, and insurance appropriate to your jurisdiction. Platform verdicts, scores, and analyses are decision support, not legal or financial advice.

Shared risk data is contributed by operators and provided as reported. You agree to submit only records you believe accurate, and to honor applicable consumer reporting and privacy law when acting on them.
